Onsite Service - only $40/hour or Flat Fee You can always count on us and our trained and qualified pc technicians. This type of service has a 1.5 hour minimum charge and all additional time billed in one-quarter hour increments, rounded up or down to the closest 15-minute increment for actual time. We also offer flat fee pricing as listed below; so even if it takes us 10 hours to remove your virus, you still only get charged our flat fee. Please note that some of the flat fee pricing will be done off-site (your computer will need to be removed from your home / business).
